Elijah is the founder and principal advisor of Warp & Weft Strategic Partners, bringing nearly two decades of leadership and advisory experience across technology, consumer products, manufacturing, adult beverage, and non-profit sectors. He specializes in scaling businesses, developing high-performing teams, and guiding executive leadership through periods of strategic growth and transformation.

Elijah has served in a range of senior roles—including CEO, CFO, board member, and strategic advisor for organizations seeking to expand their market presence, raise capital, and build strategic alliances. His expertise spans management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, operations, and go-to-market strategy, with a particular focus on the adult beverage industry in North America and internationally.

He holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
